Toulouse Lautrec presented the fourth edition of the Lima 2019 Series Web Awards (SWA), the first and only event held in Peru that recognizes the best initiatives of young filmmakers from around the world, who use the web as the main platform to publicize their productions.

That year had more than 300 entries from various countries such as Australia, Germany, Switzerland, Canada, the United States, Lebanon, Korea, Argentina, Colombia, Brazil and Peru.

The SWA began with an academic day that had international experts as presenters. Experts such as Young Man Kang, CEO of Soul Webfest and Asia Webfest (Korea); Meredith Bulkholder, CEO of the Berlin Webfest (Germany); Jorge Ulloa, founder of Enchufe TV and film director (Ecuador); and Stuart Ferreyra, CEO of TimeCode Post in California and a graduate of Toulouse Lautrec.

In addition, this international competition paid tribute to Osvaldo Cattone, for his more than six decades of experience as a director, producer, theater actor, film actor and television actor.
