Any treatment to the personal data we perform conforms to the Peruvian legislation in force regarding the matter, and your data may only be used with limited purposes as the ones stated in this policy.
To identify, locate, inform and contact you, to send you information, to comply with the obligations contracted with you, for debt collection purposes. Once you provide Toulouse Lautrec your personal or sensitive data, these will be kept in different safe media (in Peru or abroad) supported by technology, with their access limited only to individuals and/or legal entities with which Toulouse Lautrec has an association.
Your data will be shared with marketing and advertisement companies, commercial and collection companies, different companies seeking job positions located in Peru or abroad, in order to offer you our products (careers, certifications, diploma courses, continuing education, among others), advertising, campaigns, offers; and to collect the education expenses, perform surveys and statistic charts. They will also be shared with recruiting companies or such companies our students or graduates apply for a job position and/or internships or due to Training Experiences in Real Work Situations.
Likewise, they will be shared with education institutions related and/or associated to the economic group part of Toulouse Lautrec: The Universidad de Ciencias y Artes de América Latina S.A.C. (UCAL) and Desarrollo Educativo SA- promoter of IES Privado Certus.
Toulouse Lautrec will have the appropriate safety measures to protect the use of your personal and/or sensitive data by unauthorized third parties. If an authority requests so, your personal and/or sensitive data may be provided to them, strictly abiding by Law 29733. The treatment of your personal data, which you have provided to Toulouse Lautrec under any form or circumstance, may be done according to these terms and conditions, for which from this moment, it is understood that you expressly authorize Toulouse Lautrec to that effect, until you state your objection by any means indicated in Law 29733.
